摘　　要：口腔癌是临床常见的疾病,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势,严重威胁患者的生命安全。当前口腔癌的治疗是以手术为主的综合治疗,疾病的早期诊断及原发灶切除的彻底性直接影响患者的预后。拉曼光谱是一种通过光与物质相互作用产生的非弹性散射光来进行检测的光学技术,能够探测生物化学和生物分子结构及组织构象的振动光谱,可提供细胞、组织或生物流体“化学指纹信息”,在医学领域有较多应用。随着相关技术及光学仪器的发展,拉曼光谱在医学领域中的研究也取得了较大进展。本文总结了拉曼光谱在口腔癌诊治中的研究进展,探讨了其临床应用面临的挑战及前景。Oral cancer is a common and deadly malignancy.While multidisciplinary treatment(mainly surgery)has been applied in the treatment of cancer treatment,early diagnosis and complete removal of the primary lesion are essential for a better prognosis.Raman spectroscopy is an optical technique that detects inelastic scattered light generated by the interaction of light and matter.It can detect the vibrational spectra of biochemical and biomolecular structures and tissue conformations,and can provide the“molecular fingerprint”for cells,tissues,and biological fluids.With the development of related technologies and optical instruments,Raman spectroscopy has been widely applied in medical fields.This article reviews the research advances and application of Raman spectroscopy in the diagnosis of oral cancer.
