摘  要:目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染与高危非致残性缺血性脑血管事件(HR-NICE)的关系及抗Hp治疗对HR-NICE预后的影响。方法将114例HR-NICE患者作为观察组,同期健康体检者110例作为对照组,采用血清法检测并比较两组的Hp阳性率。随后将Hp阳性的HR-NICE患者84例随机分为抗Hp治疗组和常规组各42例,抗Hp治疗组给予根除Hp治疗,常规组不进行Hp根除治疗,观察患者随访期间主要终点事件及次要终点事件的发生情况。结果 HR-NICE组Hp感染率显著高于对照组;抗Hp治疗组HR-NICE主要终点事件发生率明显少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),次要终点事件发生率两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染与HR-NICE相关;抗Hp治疗能够减少HR-NICE患者主要终点事件发生。Objective To investigate the association between helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and high-risk non-disabling ischemic cerebrovascular events(HR-NICE), and to observe the effect of eradicate Hp on prognosis of HR-NICE. Methods 114 patients with HR-NICE were selected as the observation group,110 healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group. Hp positive rate of the two groups were compared with serum test. 84 HR-NICE patients with Hp positive were randomly divided into Anti-Hp treatment group(42 cases)and routine treatment group(42 cases).The patients in the Anti-Hp treatment group were treated with eradication of Hp and in the observation group without eradication of Hp. The occurrence of the primary endpoint events and secondary endpoint events were observed. Results The infection rate of Hp in group HR-NICE was significantly higher than that in normal control group. In the Anti-HP group, the incidence of primary endpoint events was significantly lower than that of routine group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The difference of the incidence of the secondary endpoint event between the two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Hp infection is closely associated with HR-NICE. Anti Hp therapy can reduce the incidence of primary endpoint events in HR-NICE patients.
