摘 要:飞秒激光具有极高的瞬间功率和超短脉冲宽度,可用来在原子和电子的层面上观测物质,并且具有超高精度和空间分辨率,也适用于各类材料非热熔冷处理过程。介绍了飞秒激光在表面改性、材料微加工、检测技术和其他方面的研究与应用的新进展。飞秒激光虽然是一门新技术,但在加工、科研、生物等前沿技术领域,都具有非常大的应用前景。The femtosecond laser has extremely high instantaneous power and ultrashort pulse width, it can be used to observe substances at the atomic and electronic levels, and has ultra-high precision and spatial resolution. It is suitable for non-hot melt cold processing of various materials as well. The recent advances in research and application of femtosecond laser in surface modification, material micromachining, detection technology and other aspects were introduced. Although the femtosecond laser is a new technology, it has a very large application prospect in the field of processing, scientific research,biology technology.
