注射用雷贝拉唑钠治疗急性消化性溃疡出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的了解为消化性溃疡出血患者采取注射静脉滴注方式应用雷贝拉唑钠治疗的临床效果。方法纳入郑州大学第一附属医院消化内科2016年1月—2018年6月间收治消化性溃疡出血患者为分析对象,根据患者入院时间先后制定不同治疗方案,前65例患者采取注射用泮托拉唑钠治疗并设为对照组,后65例患者采取注射用雷贝拉唑钠治疗并设为试验组。对不同方案治疗的患者临床指标进行比较,并总结注射用雷贝拉唑钠对在消化性溃疡出血患者中的应用价值。结果在止血效果方面,对照组患者总有效率为86.2%(56/65),试验组患者总有效率为90.8%(59/65),组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分别对两种方案的止血时间、住院时间及患者再出血率数据记录,试验组患者各项指标均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为消化性溃疡出血患者制定治疗方案时,注射用雷贝拉唑钠在止血速度、减少住院天数等方面具有一定优势,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rabeprazole sodium injection in the treatment of acute peptic ulcer bleeding in comparison with the positive control,pantoprazole.Methods From January 2016 to June 2018,totally 130 patients with acute peptic ulcer bleeding were divided into rabeprazole group and pantoprazole group in this single-center,randomized,blind,parallel-group,positive drug controlled clinical trial.Hemostasis rate in 72 hours was the primary endpoint.Hemostasis time,hospitalization time and rebleeding rate were also analyzed.Chi square test and Wilcoxon rank sum test were performed for statistical analysis.Results At 72 hours after treatment,the hemostasis rates of rabeprazole group and pantoprazole group were 86.2%(56/65)and 90.8%(59/65),respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in the rates of hemostasis time,hospitalization time and rebleeding rate between two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole sodium injection is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of acute peptic ulcer bleeding.
