摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效及对相关细胞因子的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年12月本院收治的126例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为研究组(n=63)及对照组(n=63)。对照组:采用培美曲塞钠联合顺铂化疗方案,研究组:在对照组的基础上联合应用参芪扶正注射液进行治疗。治疗过程中检测记录两组患者近期临床化疗毒副作用;酶联吸附法检测两组患者血清中干扰素(interferon,IFN-γ)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、白细胞介素2(interleukin 2,IL-2)、可溶性白介素-2受体(soluble interleukin-2 receptor,SIL-2R)表达水平变化。结果:两组患者客观有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患者的化疗毒副作用和肿瘤促进细胞因子均有所下降,而肿瘤抑制细胞因子上升并且延长患者生存期。结论:参芪扶正注射液可通过联合用药降低患者化疗毒副作用和肿瘤相关细胞因子表达,其可作为一种辅助性治疗手段在非小细胞肺癌患者治疗过程中推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on adjuvant treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and related cytokines.Methods:A total of 126 patients with IV non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into study group(n=63)and control group(n=63).The control group was treated with pemetrexed sodium combined with cisplatin chemotherapy.The study group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of the control group.In the course of treatment,the short-term clinical chemotherapy side effects of the two groups of patients were recorded.The serum interferon(IFN-γ),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and interleukin 2(IL-2),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:There was no significant difference in objective and effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the chemotherapy side effects and tumor-promoting cytokines of the study group decreased,while the tumor suppressor increased and patient survival was prolonged.Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and the expression of tumor-associated cytokines by combination therapy.It can be used as a kind of adjuvant therapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients.
