摘　　要：目的:检测食管鳞癌肿瘤组织中长链非编码核仁小RNA宿主基因7(LncRNA SNHG7)表达水平,并探究其与食管鳞癌患者预后的关系。方法:选取2011年6月至2014年9月本院收治的食管鳞癌患者52例,采用实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)法检测食管鳞癌肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中LncRNA SNHG7表达水平。结果:食管鳞癌肿瘤组织LncRNA SNHG7表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);LncRNA SNHG7表达水平与患者临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤浸润深度无关(P>0.05);LncRNA SNHG7高表达者术后生存率显著低于LncRNA SNHG7低表达者(P<0.05);LncRNA SNHG7表达和肿瘤TNM分期是影响患者预后的独立危险因素。结论:LncRNA SNHG7在食管鳞癌肿瘤组织中高表达,是食管鳞癌术后不良预后的生物指标。Objective:To detect the expression of long non-coding small nucleolar RNA host gene 7(LncRNA SNHG7) in tumor tissue in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and explore its relationship with the prognosis of patients.Methods:52 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to September 2014 were selected.The expression of LncRNA SNHG7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues was detected by real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR).Results:The expression level of LncRNA SNHG7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of LncRNA SNHG7 was correlated with clinical stage,tumor differentiation,tumor volume and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with gender,age and tumor invasion(P>0.05). The survival rate of patients with LncRNA SNHG7 high expression was significantly lower than that of patients with LncRNA SNHG7 low expression(P<0.05). LncRNA SNHG7 expression and tumor TNM staging were independent risk factors for prognosis.Conclusion: LncRNA SNHG7 is highly expressed in tumor tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and it is a biological indicator for postoperative poor prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
