吴鞠通辨治伏暑病用药规律探析

摘　　要：目的:分析吴鞠通治疗伏暑的用药规律,为伏暑临床用药提供参考。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台系统对《吴鞠通医案·伏暑》医案中方剂的用药频数、用药规律进行统计与分析。结果:伏暑医案用药物频数≥6的药物有42味,频率最高有薏苡仁、杏仁、陈皮、白豆蔻、姜半夏。药物归经频率最高为肺经,其次为脾经。药物四气频率最高为温性,其次为寒性,五味频率最高为苦味、辛味。获得高频药物组合34个,得到核心药物组合14个,新处方7首。结论:吴鞠通在诊治伏暑时用药除清退暑热,利湿调气外,重视温药的化湿作用,其滋阴补液以培正气贯穿治疗伏暑全程。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of WU Ju-tong in the treatment of diseases due to latent summer-heat,and to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods:The frequency and regularity of medication of prescriptions in WU Ju-tong Medical Record(Latent Summer-Heat)were counted and analyzed by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform.Results:There are 42 medicines with drug frequency more than 6 times.The highest frequency was Yiyiren(coix seed),Xingren(almond)Chenpi(tangerine ped),Baidoukou(amomun kravanh)and Jiangbanxia(ginger pinellia ternata).Among them,the highest frequency of meridian attribution is the lung meridian,followed by spleen meridian.The highest frequency of four properties is temperature,followed by cold,and the highest frequency of five tastes is bitter and pungent.34 high frequency drug combinations were obtained,14 core drug combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:WU Ju-tong not only clears away heat and dampness,but also regulates Qi and humidity in the treatment of diseases due to latent summer-heat,but also attaches great importance to the moisturizing effect of warm medicines,which nourishes Yin and replenishes fluid in combination with vital Qi throughout the treatment of diseases due to latent summer-heat.
