摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)发生以来,综合医院的急诊科成为一道坚实的防火墙。在救治急危重症的同时,如何短时间内有序、有效、快速和安全地开展抗击新冠肺炎工作,是疫情期间急诊科医疗工作所面对的重大挑战,本文总结北京大学第三医院急诊科抗击新冠肺炎疫情的防控实践经验,为同行提供参考。Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),emergency department of comprehensive hospital has become a strong firewall.At the same time of emergency medical treatment,how to carry out the work of fighting against coronavirus disease 2019 in an orderly,effective,fast and safe way in a short time is a major challenge for the emergency department.This article summarizes the prevention and control practice experience against coronavirus disease in emergency department of the third hospital of Peking university,in order to provide the reference for colleagues.
