低盐度养殖对大黄鱼血液生理生化指标的影响

摘　　要：以大黄鱼为研究对象,在试验组盐度2(S2)、4(S4)、6(S6)、8(S8)和对照组盐度24(S24)条件下养殖60 d,从尾部静脉采血,进行血细胞特点及个体大小、血清生化指标和血浆吞噬活性进行测定分析.结果表明:大黄鱼的血细胞主要以红细胞为主,同时含有血栓细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞和淋巴细胞;个体大小依次为嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞、红细胞、淋巴细胞和血栓细胞.经低盐胁迫,试验组S2、S4和S6血细胞的长径与核长径,淋巴细胞,嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞的个体大小大于对照组,血细胞的短径与核短径小于对照组.血清中免疫球蛋白随着盐度的降低而降低;超氧化物歧化酶随盐度的降低而增高,过氧化氢酶活性呈现先降低后升高,最后趋于稳定.血浆中白细胞的吞噬活性随着盐度的降低而升高.Larimichthys crocea was cultured in the experimental group at salinity 2(S2),salinity 4(S4),salinity 6(S6),salinity 8(S8)and control group at salinity 24(S24)for 60 days.Blood samples were collected from the tail vein haemocytes.The serum biochemical indicators and plasma phagocytosis activity were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the blood cells of Larimichthys crocea contained erythrocytes,thrombocytes,neutrophils,lymphocytes and monocytes,mainly erythrocytes.The orders of the individual sizes were neutrophils,monocytes,erythrocytes,lymphocytes,and thrombocytes.The long diameter and nuclear long diameter of S2,S4 and S6 blood cells in the experimental group were larger than those in the control group,and the short diameter and nuclear short diameter were smaller than those in the control group.The individual size of lymphocytes and neutrophils of S2,S4 and S6 in the experimental group were larger than that in the control group S24.The individual size of monocytes in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group S24.The individual size of thrombocytes in the experimental group S8 was larger than that in the control group S24,but the individual size of lymphocytes,neutrophils and monocytes was smaller than that in the control group S24.IgG in serum decreased with the decrease of salinity.The activity of CAT decreased first,then increased,and finally tended to be stable.SOD increased with the decrease of salinity.Leukocyte phagocytosis activity in plasma increased with the decrease of salinity.
