摘  要:分析漳州市肝癌的流行病学特征,探索基于人工智能技术的临床肝脏肿瘤的专家诊断系统对肝癌诊断的精确率.漳州市肝癌病例中,原发性肝癌占88.57%,继发性肝癌占11.43%;其中男性患者为430例,明显多于女性;发病年龄集中在中老年;且肝炎病毒感染者患病率高,抽烟、饮酒、肿瘤家族史等负面性因素增加了肝癌的患病风险.肝癌临床类型中,肝细胞癌为392例,胆管细胞癌为73例,转移性肝癌为60例,肝细胞癌占多数.因此,肝炎病毒感染者及肿瘤家族史患者应该定期随访检查,及早发现肝癌发生,戒烟限酒以减少肝癌的患病风险.基于人工智能技术的临床肝脏肿瘤的专家诊断系统对肝癌诊断的精确率达到97.9%,高于影像科医生的人工诊断,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005).基于人工智能技术的临床肝脏肿瘤的专家诊断系统能提高肝癌诊断的精确率.To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of liver cancer in Zhangzhou City and explore the accuracy of the diagnosis system for liver cancer based on artificial intelligence,525 cases of liver cancer in Zhangzhou City were collected and their epidemiological characteristics were analyzed.The accuracy of the diagnosis system for liver cancer based on artificial intelligence was compared with that of radiologist.In Zhangzhou City,cases of primary liver cancers were 88.57%and those of secondary liver cancers were 11.43%.There were 430 males,significantly more than females.Most of the patients were middle-aged and elderly.The prevalence of liver cancer of hepatitis virus infection was high.Factors such as smoking,drinking,family history of tumor and so on increase the risk.There were 392 cases of hepatic cellular cancer,73 cases of cholangiocarcinoma,and 60 cases of metastatic hepatic carcinoma,and most of them were hepatic cellular cancer.The accuracy of the diagnosis system for liver cancer based on artificial intelligence was 97.9%,higher than that of radiologist.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.005).Patients with hepatitis virus infection and family history of tumor should be seen for follow-up visits to detect liver cancer as early as possible.Quitting smoking and limiting alcohol should be the way to reduce the risk of liver cancer.The diagnosis system of liver cancer based on artificial intelligence can improve the accuracy of liver cancer diagnosis.
