摘　　要：目的探讨Bcl-2相互作用细胞凋亡调节因子(Bim)、乳腺癌特异基因1(BCSG1)蛋白与乳腺癌及预后的相关性。方法回顾性收集2013年3月至2018年12月青海省中医院收治的95例乳腺癌患者的乳腺组织。采用免疫组化法检测Bim及BCSG1蛋白表达水平。分析乳腺癌患者Bim及BCSG1蛋白表达与临床病理指标及预后的关系。结果Bim及BCSG1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中呈高表达状态;肿瘤直径≥4 cm、浸润性乳腺癌、远处转移的患者,Bim及BCSG1阳性率显著高于肿瘤直径<4 cm、非浸润性乳腺癌、无远处转移患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者Bim表达阳性组治疗有效率显著高于阴性组,复发率及转移率显著低于阴性组;BCSG1蛋白表达阳性组治疗有效率显著低于阴性组,复发率及转移率显著高于阴性组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bim、BCSG1蛋白与乳腺癌肿瘤直径、病理分期、是否转移、病理分型关系密切,Bim表达阳性、BCSG1表达阴性患者预后更佳。Objective To study the correlation of Bim,BCSG1 protein expression with Breast Cancer and prognosis.Methods The breast tissues of 95 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to December 2018 were collected.The expression of Bim and BCSG1 protein were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between the expression of Bim and BCSG1 protein and the clinicopathological index and prognosis of breast cancer patients were analyzed.Results Overexpression of Bim and BCSG1 proteins in breast cancer was observed.The positive rate of Bim and BCSG1 of patients with tumor diameter≥4 cm,invasive breast cancer,distant metastasis,was significantly higher than the patients with tumor diameter<4 cm,noninvasive breast cancer,and no distant metastasis.The effective rate of Bim positive group was significantly higher than that of negative group,and the recurrence rate and metastasis rate of breast cancer patients were significantly lower than those of negative group.The effective rate of BCSG1 protein expression positive group was significantly lower than that of negative group,the recurrence rate and metastasis rate were significantly higher than those of negative group(P<005).Conclusion Bim,BCSG1 protein is closely related to tumor diameter,pathological stage,metastasis,pathological type,positive expression of Bim and negative expression of BCSG1.
