康复新液联合甲泼尼龙治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合甲泼尼龙治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(OLPe)的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月于我科诊断为OLPe的患者80例,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组给予甲泼尼龙康复新液含漱,对照组给予甲泼尼龙溶液含漱。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗2、4周后,两组的VAS和口腔黏膜糜烂面积评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。停药6个月后,试验组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合甲泼尼龙治疗OLPe的效果确切,且疗效优于单纯使用甲泼尼龙。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus(OLPe).Methods A total of 80 patients who were diagnosed with OLPe in our department from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was given methylprednisolone and Kangfuxin solution with gargle,and the control group was given methylprednisolone solution with gargle.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Two and four weeks after treatment,VAS and oral mucosal erosion area scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin solution and methylprednisolone in the treatment of OLPe has a definite effect,and the effect is better than using methylprednisolone alone.
