甘露醇及6-氨基己酸治疗蛛网膜下腔出血疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘露醇及6-氨基己酸治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效及安全性。方法:选取96例蛛网膜下腔出血患者,按照随机原则,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组患者48例,对照组患者采取6-氨基己酸治疗,研究组患者采取甘露醇及6-氨基己酸治疗,对比两组患者的疗效及安全性。结果:两组患者在治疗前NIHSS评分、差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的神经功能、颅内压均有所改善,其中研究组患者的改善程度较对照组明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前、治疗后3 d脑组织中动脉血流速度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7 d、14 d后,研究组患者脑组织中动脉血流速度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘露醇及6-氨基己酸治疗蛛网膜下腔出血疗效要优于单用6-氨基己酸治疗,可改善神经功能,降低颅内压,安全性好。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of mannitol and 6-aminoacetic acid in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 96 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 6-aminoacetic acid.The study group was treated with mannitol and 6-aminoacetic acid.The efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological function and intracranial pressure of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in arterial blood flow velocity in brain between the two groups before and 3 days after treatment(P>0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the arterial blood flow velocity in brain in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of mannitol and 6-aminoacetic acid in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage is better than that of 6-aminoacetic acid alone.It can improve nerve function,reduce intracranial pressure,and has good safety.
