摘　　要：国有企业改革是经济体制改革的中心环节。河北省国有企业改革在党中央国务院的统一部署下,围绕河北经济发展战略和改革开放大局,先后历经初始探索、经营机制和资产经营形式改革、完善承包经营责任制等七个阶段,走过四十年的艰辛历程。回顾改革走过的道路,坚持党的领导、遵循市场规律等四条基本经验对于推动改革顺利进行发挥了关键作用。在当前中国特色社会主义新时代,以史为鉴、继往开来,立足实际、谋划长远,对于推动河北经济转型、创新发展具有重要意义。The reform of state-owned enterprises is the central link of the reform of the economic system. The reform of state-owned enterprises in Hebei Province is under the unified deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, centering on the strategy of Hebei’s economic development and the overall situation of reform and opening up, it has gone through seven stages including initial exploration, reform of operating mechanism, asset management form and improving the responsibility system of contract management through 40 years of arduous course. Looking back on the path of reform, the four basic experiences of adhering to the leadership of the Party and following the laws of the market have played a key role in promoting the smooth progress of the reform. In the current new era of socialism with Chinese characteristic, taking history as a mirror and moving on, planning for the long term on the basis of the actual situation is of great significance to promote Hebei’ s economic transformation and innovative development.
