壮医药线疗法治疗初中期老年性白内障的护理

摘　　要：目的给予初中期老年性白内障患者实施壮医药线点灸穴位方法,分析其对患者的生活质量的影响。方法常规组给予患者常规健康教育;实验组给予患者壮医药线点灸穴位方式,对比两组患者的生活质量情况。结果两组患者在干预之前,其组间数据并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组在干预之后,其PSQI、SAS评分与SDS评分均比常规组的数据高,两组间的数据呈现临床不均衡性,且P<0.05。结论对于初中期老年性白内障患者的护理,应用壮医药线点灸穴位方式可以有效地延缓白内障的发展或提高视力,提高患者的生活质量,可进行推广应用。Objective To give Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion acupoint method to senile cataract patients in early and middle period,and analyze its impact on patients’quality of life.Methods The routine group was given routine health education.The experimental group was given acupuncture points at Zhuang Medicine Line to compare the quality of life of the two groups.Results Before the intervention of the two groups of patients,the data between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI,SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group.The data between the two groups showed clinical imbalance,and P<0.05.Conclusion For the nursing of senile cataract patients in early and middle stages,the application of acupuncture points on the Zhuang Medicine Line can effectively delay the development of cataract or improve vision,improve the quality of life of patients,and can be promoted and applied.
