摘　　要：少数民族人才选拔政策既是清代少数民族教育政策体系的有机组成部分,又是我国封建时代教育政策发展水平的典型代表,也是优秀的中华民族文化遗产。清代少数民族人才选拔政策,既是统治阶级处理民族问题的重要举措,又是培养少数民族人才的有力手段,也是推进少数民族教育发展的重要途径。在和谐视域下探讨和研究清代少数民族人才选拔政策,对新时代高考民族政策的发展和完善具有借鉴之功。The policy for the selection of minority talents is an integral part of the education policy system for ethnic minorities in the Qing Dynasty.It is a typical representative of the level of education policy develop⁃ment in the feudal era in China and an excellent cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.The policy for the selec⁃tion of minority talents in the Qing Dynasty was an important measure for the ruling class to deal with and solve ethnic problems,a powerful means of training minority talents,and an important way to promote the development of minority education.Therefore,from the perspective of harmony,exploring and studying the content and develop⁃ment of the policy for the selection of minority talents in the Qing Dynasty has a useful role in the development and improvement of the national policy for college entrance examinations in the new era.
