神经内镜在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的研究神经内镜在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除中的应用效果。方法选取2009-07—2019-07在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院手术治疗的垂体瘤患者,随机分为内镜手术组30例,显微镜手术组30例,对比两种治疗方法的疗效。结果显微镜组出血量(240.67±49.68)mL、手术时间(155.60±19.90)min、术后住院时间(7.47±2.03)d,内镜组出血量(149.83±48.34)mL、手术时间(128.50±19.70)min、术后住院时间(6.20±1.69)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组并发症对比神经内镜组并发症较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内镜组切除效果与显微镜组相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微镜与神经内镜在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术中切除效果相同,但应用神经内镜可以减少出血量,缩短手术时间,缩短住院时间,减少并发症。Objective To study the effect of neuroendoscopy in transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods Patients with pituitary tumor treated in hospital from July 2009 to July 2019 were divided into endoscopic surgery group(30 cases)and microscopic surgery group(30 cases).Results The blood loss in the microscope group was(240.67±49.68)mL,the operation time was(155.60±19.90)min,and the postoperative hospitalization time was(7.47±2.03)d.The blood loss in the endoscopic group was 149.83±48.34,the operation time was(128.50±19.70)min,and the postoperative hospitalization time was(6.20±1.69)d.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the neuroendoscopic group,the two groups had fewer complications,and the difference was statistically significant.The resection effect of the endoscopic group was the same as that of the microscope group,with no statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscope and neuroendoscopy have the same effect in transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection,but the application of neuroendoscopy can reduce the amount of blood loss,shorten the operation time,shorten the hospital stay and reduce complications.
