摘　　要：目的分析不同手术方式治疗高血压幕上脑出血病例的临床资料,为临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析手术治疗的150例高血压幕上脑出血患者的临床资料,随机分为开颅手术治疗组和微创手术治疗组,对2组患者预后情况进行比较。结果开颅手术治疗组并发症发生比例高于微创手术治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创手术治疗组预后良率好比例高于开颅手术治疗组(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗幕上脑出血,并发症发生率低,致残率和病死率降低,提高了治愈率和生存质量。Objective To analyze the clinical data of patients with supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage treated with different surgical methods and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 150 patients with supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into craniotomy group and minimally invasive operation group.Results The proportion of complications in the craniotomy group was higher than that in the minimally invasive surgery group(P<0.05).The rate of pre-and post-operative yield in the minimally invasive surgery group was higher than that in the craniotomy group treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery to treat supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage,the incidence of complications is low,the rate of disability and mortality is reduced,the curative effect is good,and the cure rate and quality of life of patients are improved.
