摘　　要：脑室肿瘤占颅内病变的2%,而第四脑室的病变仅占这部分的一小部分。但由于第四脑室底有相邻的脑神经核及脑室顶小脑脚和齿状核,手术有损伤的风险,给外科手术带来了独特的挑战。本文主要对第四脑室肿瘤的显微外科手术治疗的研究进展作一综述,主要包括第四脑室解剖、手术入路、手术技巧及其研究进展。Ventricular tumors account for 2%of intracranial lesions,while lesions in the fourth ventricle account for only a small portion of this part.However,due to the adjacent brain nerve nucleus at the bottom of the fourth ventricle,as well as the cerebellar foot and dentate nucleus at the top of the ventricle,the operation has the risk of injury,which brings unique challenges to the surgery.This article reviews the research progress of microsurgical treatment of tumors in the fourth ventricle,including the anatomy of the fourth ventricle,surgical approaches,surgical techniques and research progress.
