摘 要:针对音圈电机在长时间往复运动容易发生故障的缺陷,提出一种取消供电引线,利用电磁感应原理进行非接触电能传输的新型音圈电机结构。本文对新型音圈电机的供电结构进行了数学模型推导分析,并且通过有限元优化分析软件对不同永磁体分布方式和结构尺寸参数下的气隙磁密进行分析,提出了相应的优化思路。最后完成对永磁体磁路结构和供电磁路结构的尺寸优化设计,令该新型结构可以满足设计要求并制作了一台样机验证了该优化结果。Aiming at the defect that voice coil motor is prone to failure in long-term reciprocating motion,a new voice coil motor structure is proposed,which cancels power supply lead and uses electromagnetic induction principle to transmit non-contact electric energy.In this paper,the mathematical model of the power supply structure of the new voice coil motor was deduced and analyzed,and the air gap flux density under different permanent magnet distribution and structure size parameters was analyzed by the finite element optimization analysis software,and the corresponding optimization ideas were put forward.Finally,the size optimization design of the permanent magnet magnetic circuit structure and the power supply electromagnetic circuit structure was completed,so that the new structure can meet the design requirements,and a prototype was made to verify the optimization results.
