高职院校学生国际交流现状的人口学特征研究

摘　　要：国际交流项目为我国高职院校的教育国际化创造了良好的条件。基于人口学特征对高职院校学生参与国际交流项目现状的影响差异调查发现,学生群体的性别会显著影响学生参与国际交流项目的动机和诉求,但不会影响交流困难的效果;家庭收入会显著影响学生国际交流效果;父亲职业状态对国际交流各维度无显著影响,但母亲职业状态影响交流效果;居住地对学生国际交流动机、诉求、效果无显著影响,但对学生国际交流困难有显著影响;居住方式的差异对学生国际交流动机、诉求、困难、效果均有显著影响。学生的国际交流动机、困难、诉求和效果四个维度之间呈显著相关性,且相关度较高,其中学生的交流动机最能影响交流效果。基于此,完善高职院校的国际交流项目应加强以学生为中心,从学生的个体特质、所处场域,教师、父母、学校共同助力,促进国际交流效果,培养符合我国市场需求的国际化人才。The international exchange program has created good conditions for the internationalization of higher vocational education in China.This paper studies the status quo of the participation of students in international exchange programs in higher vocational colleges based on the demographic characteristics.Investigations reveals that gender significantly affects the motivation and demands of students in participating international exchange programs,but does not affect learning outcomes.Family income significantly affects students’learning outcomes.Father’s occupation has no obvious impacts to all aspects of international exchange program.However,mother’s occupation significantly affects learning outcomes.Place of residence has no significant difference in the motivation,demand and learning effects,but has a significant difference in the difficulties.The way of living affects all aspects of international exchange program.Data shows relatively high significant correlation is displayed among students’exchange motivations,demand,difficulties and learning outcomes,among which motivations most affect learning outcomes.Based on this,to improve the international exchange program in higher vocational colleges,it should be focused to strengthen student-oriented ideas in terms of individual characteristics of students and field,to promote the learning effects with the joint help of teachers,parents and schools,and to cultivate international talents based on the demand of China’s market.
