乡村振兴战略背景下涉农院校大学生思政培育的思考

摘　　要：国家实施乡村振兴战略需要大量的人才投入,高校肩负起乡村振兴战略人才培养的时代责任,涉农院校作为输出农业专业技术人才的高等学府,承担着乡村振兴战略人才培育的历史使命。当前"三农"问题进入瓶颈期,乡村振兴人才缺乏,涉农院校大学毕业生农村就业创业意愿较低,在乡村振兴战略背景下,提出涉农院校大学生思政培育的路径选择,将乡村振兴战略思想融入思政课程、课程思政、实践教育和双创教育中,以达到乡村振兴与大学生成才双赢的目的。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy needs a large number of personnel.Colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of era for the personnel training of rural revitalization strategy.As the higher institutions to cultivate agricultural professional and technical personnel agricultural colleges and universities assume the historical mission of cultivating strategic talents for rural revitalization.At present,the problem of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”has entered a bottleneck period,when the rural revitalization talents are lacked,and the agricultural university graduates have low willingness to take up employment or start business in rural areas.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the path choice of ideological and political education for agricultural college students is proposed,and the rural revitalization strategy will be integrated into ideological and political curriculum,practical education,and innovative and entrepreneurial education,so as to achieve the goal of both rural revitalization and talent cultivation of college students.
