摘 要:目的探讨肺癌骨转移早期预警模型的临床分析。方法 SAS软件生成随机数字表,依据入院时间随机选取2016年1月-2019年1月在我院进行诊治的原发性肺癌患者312例,其中已经确诊为肺癌骨转移患者162例作为试验组(A组),未发生肺癌骨转移的原发性肺癌患者150例作为对照组(B组)。分析两组患者血清标志物(NTx、ICTP、BALP、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1)的水平及差异,然后运用统计学Logistic回归分析方法,建立各预测模型的血清标志物组合,再根据ROC曲线下面积大小比较各组合模型的诊断效能。结果 A组患者的血清标志物NTx、ICTP、BALP、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平明显高于B组患者(P<0.05)。NTx、ICTP、BALP及CYFRA21-1该血清标志物组合模型的早期预测模型效能最佳。结论 NTx、ICTP、BALP及CYFRA21-1组合模型对肺癌骨转移具有早期预测的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical analysis of bone metastasis from lung cancer early warning model.Methods It used SAS software to generate random numbers table,and then 312 patients with primary lung cancer were randomly selected from January 2016 to January 2019 in our hospital.162 cases with bone metastases were taken as the experimental group(the group A),and 150 cases without bone metastases were taken as the control group(the group B).The levels of serum markers(NTx,ICTP,BALP,CEA,NSE,cyfra21-1)in the two groups were analyzed.Next,the combination model of serum markers were established by Logistis regression statistical analysis,and the diagnostic efficacy of each combination prediction model was compared by ROC curve analysis.Results The levels of serum markers NTx,ICTP,BALP,CEA,NSE and cyfra21-1 in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B(P<0.05).NTx,ICTP,BALP and cyfra21-1 were the best prediction models.Conclusion The combined models of NTx,ICTP,BALP and cyfra21-1 have clinical significance in early prediction of bone metastasis with lung cancer.
