废弃踝关节在足踝外科临床实习教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析废弃踝关节在临床教学中的应用并分析教学效果。方法对2017年3月-2017年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的本科学生87人进行研究,随机分为试验组(43人)和对照组(44人),试验组采用废弃肢体结合病例教学,对照组采用幻灯讲解结合病例教学。教学结束后,对两组在是否增加了对足踝的学习兴趣、废弃肢体教学是否易于对足踝疾病的理解及笔试考核成绩等方面进行了对比研究。结果采用废弃踝关节教学的试验组明显增加了学生对足踝的学习兴趣,并易于对足踝疾病的发生、发展和治疗方案的理解,在笔试考核中的分数亦较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论结合废弃踝关节解剖教学可以明显增加五年制本科学生对足踝的学习兴趣,提高他们对足踝的三维结构及病理生理的理解。废弃踝关节再利用是提高临床教学效果的有效手段。Objective To evaluate and analyze the teaching effects for the application of discarded ankle joint in foot and ankle clinical practice teaching.Methods 87 students from Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University between March and December 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group(43 students)and control group(44 students).The experimental group was taught with discarded ankles combined with case-based learning,while the control group was taught with PPT combined with case-based learning.After the teaching,whether students in the experimental group increased their interest in ankle learning,whether the teaching method with discarded ankles was easier to understand ankle diseases,and how about the written examination results were compared.Results Discarded ankle joints teaching in the experimental group significantly increased students'interest in foot and ankle learning,and was easier to help students in understanding the occurrence,development and treatment of foot and ankle diseases.The scores in written examination were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining the teaching of discarded ankle can significantly increase the interest of five-year undergraduates in the study of foot and ankle,and improve their understanding of the three-dimensional structure and pathophysiology of ankle and foot diseases.The reuse of discarded ankle joints is an effective way to improve clinical teaching effect.
