Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy for the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods 60 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and equally divided into two groups according to the surgical schemes. The control group was treated with conventional laparotomy, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy. The treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results The operation time,out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the amount of intraoperative bloos loss was significantly less than that of control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the levels of PCT and CRP of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was 6.7%,significantly lower than 26.7%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy for the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis has small trauma and high safety, and can alleviate the inflammatory response.
