新时期背景下基于TQM的医院安全文化建设思考

摘　　要：医院是群众寻求健康的重要场所,作为社会公共医疗机构,为全社会提供医疗服务,同时还需要为医患双方提供安全的工作和就医环境。医院安全文化建设关乎其生存和发展,良好的医院文化可为医院的发展提供精神动力。本文基于新时期背景下,对医院安全管理提出采用全面质量管理(Total Quality Management,TQM)思想,对医院安全文化建设做出探索性思考,分别从TQM理念与医院安全文化的结合、新时期医院管理中的新情况和探索医院安全文化建设的初步设想三个方面展开讨论。Hospitals are important places for people to seek good health.As social public medical institutions,they provide medical services for the whole society.At the same time,they also need to provide a safe working and medical environment for both doctors and patients.The construction of hospital safety culture is related to its survival and development.A good hospital culture can provide spiritual impetus for the development of hospitals.Based on the background of the new era,this paper proposes to adopt the thought of Total Quality Management(TQM)in hospital safety management to make exploratory thinking on the construction of hospital safety culture,and discusses the combination of TQM concept and hospital safety culture,the new situation in hospital management in new era,and the tentative plan of hospital safety culture construction.
