摘　　要：目前,全国乃至全球蔓延着新冠肺炎疫情,全世界人民都在携手抗击此次疫情,坚决打赢防控新冠肺炎疫情的全球阻击战。在这次严重的全球公共卫生安全事件下,如何结合国内、国际经济形势,开展创新性的就业指导服务,并将有效的指导服务与学生接受就业辅导的实效性相结合,这对我国经济的稳步发展、社会稳定将起到至关重要的作用。此外,2020年也将是我国全面实现小康社会、全国全面脱贫工作的攻坚战的重要时期,如何促进大学生人群能就业、稳就业,对中国特色社会主义社会的发展有积极的促进作用。At present,the novel coronavirus pneumonia started to spread throughout the country and the world.People all over the world are working together to fight the novel coronavirus,determining to win the global fight in the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia.Under this serious global public health security incident,to combine the domestic and international economic situation to carry out innovative employment guidance and combine effective guidance with the effectiveness of students receiving employment guidance,plays a vital role in the steady development of China's economy and the stability of socie ty.In addition,2020 will also be an important period for China to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way,and to fight poverty comprehensively all over the country.To promote the stable employment of college students will play a positive role in promoting the development of a socialist society with Chinese characteristics.
