摘 要:进入21世纪以来,我国旅游业蓬勃发展,行业对高素质应用型酒店管理专业人才的需求不断攀升。为此,各大高职院校纷纷开设酒店管理专业。"前厅客房服务与管理"是酒店管理专业的核心必修课程。本文本着理实并重、注重技能的原则,结合酒店管理专业课程教学改革的需要,通过对传统教学的深入分析,探究课程改革的思路和方向,对"前厅客房服务与管理"这门课程进行了一些改革尝试,提出一些课程改革的途径以及优化课程建设的建议,希望能对该课程的教学质量提升有所帮助。Since the beginning of the 21st century,the vigorous development of China's tourism industry has caused the industry's demand for high-quality applied hotel management professionals to continue to rise.For this reason,major higher vocational colleges have opened hotel management majors,and"Front Office and Guest Room Service and Management"is a core compulsory course for hotel management majors.Based on the principle of emphasizing both reality and reality,focusing on skills,combined with the needs of the teaching reform of hotel management professional courses,through an in-depth analysis of traditional teaching,this paper explores the ideas and directions of the course reform,makes some attempts on the teaching reform of"Front Office and Guest Room Service and Management",and put forward some ways for the reform of the course and some suggestions for optimizing the construction of the course,hoping to help improve the teaching quality of the course.
