摘 要:目的:探究心理行为干预对不同气质类型的多动症(ADHD)患儿的疗效。方法:抽取2017年2月-2019年2月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的多动症患儿作为观察对象,根据患儿多动症类型,选择易养型、中间型、难养型、启动缓慢型各20例进行分组对比研究,对各组患儿开展针对性心理行为干预措施,观察对比患儿在接受干预前后的多动指数、冲动-多动、身心障碍等项目评分情况。结果:不同类型多动症患儿的多动指数、焦虑、身心障碍及冲动-多动症状均较干预前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对不同气质类型的多动症患儿采取心理行为干预,可以有效改善患儿多动症情况,有益于患儿的心理成长和生活学习,整个干预方案的应用效果较好,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the efficacy of psychological and behavioral intervention in the treatment of hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) with different temperament types.Method:From February 2017 to February 2019 in the author’s hospital,children with ADHD were selected as research object,depending on the type of ADHD children,20 cases in easy characteristics type,middle type,high-maintenance,slow start group were selected respectively by comparative study.The targeted psychological intervention measures was used for children,before and after intervention,hyperactivity index,impulse and hyperactivity of grading,the disabled and other projects were compared.Result:The hyperactivity index,anxiety,physical and mental disorders and impulse-hyperactivity symptoms of children with different types of ADHD were significantly improved compared with those before intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological and behavioral intervention for children with hyperactivity disorder of different temperament types can effectively improve the situation of ADHD,which is beneficial to the psychological growth and life learning of children.The application effect of the whole intervention scheme is better and the clinical application value is higher.
