七叶皂甙钠联合托拉塞米对脑出血患者血液流变学及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究七叶皂甙钠联合托拉塞米对脑出血患者血液流变学及炎症因子水平的影响。方法将本院收治的脑出血患者90例依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予七叶皂甙钠联合托拉塞米治疗。研究两组患者治疗前后的血液流变学及炎症因子水平变化,对比分析两组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组IL-2高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、CRP、PV、WHV、PCV及PAdT水平均低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论使用七叶皂甙钠联合托拉塞米治疗脑出血,能够显著改善患者血液流变学指标,降低炎症因子水平,用药安全性较高,利于预后。Objective To study the effect of sodium aescinate combined with torasemide on hemorheology and inflammatory factors of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and the observation group was treated with sodium aescinate combined with torasemide on the basis of the control group. Hemorheology and inflammatory factors of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and the adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the IL-2 level of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6, CRP, PV, WHV, PCV and PAdT in the observation group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The sodium aescinate combined with torasemide can significantly improve the hemorheology index, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and improve the safety of medication in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, which is conducive to the prognosis.
