摘 要:目的分析分阶段目标教学法应用在肾内科护理带教中的效果及临床应用价值。方法选取医院(2017年12月-2018年12月)肾内科护理实习人员98人,其中2017年12月-2018年6月的人员采取传统带教模式(A组),2018年7月-2018年12月的人员采取分阶段目标教学方法进行带教(B组),对比两组教学效果。结果 B组护理实习生理论成绩(92.16±3.52)分,基础护理操作(94.28±3.75)分,专科护理操作(91.09±3.38)分,护理程序考核(90.82±3.88)分;A组护理实习生理论成绩(86.32±1.85)分,基础护理操作(87.34±2.06)分,专科护理操作(85.33±1.72)分,护理程序考核(85.35±2.01)分,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。B组全员参与带教满意度(96.06±3.37)分,带教老师满意度(95.93±2.88)分,教学质量满意度(96.46±2.48)分;A组全员参与带教满意度(88.06±2.05)分,带教老师满意度(91.45±1.06)分,教学质量满意度(91.89±1.13)分,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论分阶段目标教学法应用在肾内科护理带教中可以增强护理带教针对性,提升护理人员实习效果和对护理带教满意度。Objective To analyze the effect and clinical application value of phased objective teaching method in nursing teaching of nephrology.Methods A total of 98 nursing interns in the department of nephrology in our hospital(from December 2017 to December 2018)were selected,among whom the traditional teaching mode was adopted from December 2017 to June 2018(group A),and the phased target teaching method was adopted from July 2018 to December 2018 to conduct teaching(group B),and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results Nursing interns in group B scored(92.16±3.52)in theory,(94.28±3.75)in basic nursing operation,(91.09±3.38)in specialized nursing operation,and(90.82±3.88)in nursing procedure assessment.The scores of nursing interns in group A were(86.32±1.85),(87.34±2.06),(85.33±1.72),and(85.35±2.01),respectively.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of group B was(96.06±3.37),(95.93±2.88),and(96.46±2.48).The teaching satisfaction was(88.06±2.05),(91.45±1.06),and(91.89±1.13)in group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phased objective teaching method in nursing teaching of nephrology department can enhance the pertinence of nursing teaching,improve the effect of nursing practice and the satisfaction of nursing teaching.
