摘 要:目的探讨目标教学法联合VR在外科规培的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年1月-2019年12月医院外科规培医师60名作为观察组,2016年1月-2017年12月外科规培医师60名作为对照组。观察组采用目标教学法联合VR教学,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组理论知识、实践技能得分,病例考核评分、规培生对教学效果的满意度。结果观察组理论考试和实践操作技能得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组接诊患者和住院医嘱考核评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。而两组运行病历检查评分和终末病历检查评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组学生对教学法评价的各个维度(学生对学习的知觉、教师的知觉、学术自我知觉、环境的知觉及社交的知觉)及总评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论目标教学法联合VR在外科规培教学中效果明显,显著提高理论知识及实践技能的水平,提高学生处理病例的能力及对教学方法的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of target teaching method combined with VR in surgical training.Methods Sixty surgical surgeons from our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 60 surgical surgeons from January 2016 to December 2017 were used as the control group.The observation group adopted target teaching method combined with VR teaching,and the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The theoretical knowledge,practical skills scores,case assessment scores,and regular training students’satisfaction with the teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical examination and practical skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the patients admitted to the observation group and the doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of running medical records and the final medical records between the two groups(P>0.05).Observation group students'evaluation of pedagogy in each dimension(students'perception of learning,teacher’s perception,academic self-consciousness,environmental awareness,and social awareness)and the overall score were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal teaching method combined with VR has obvious effects in the teaching of surgical training,significantly improves the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,improves students’ability to handle cases and satisfaction with teaching methods.
