摘  要:目的对目标管理模式在急诊临床带教中的应用效果进行观察和比较。方法选择医院急诊科接收的50例临床实习生作为本次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2018年1月-2019年6月期间,按照随机数字表法将其划分为目标管理组和常规带教组,每组各有25例。采用常规带教方式对常规带教组进行临床带教,采用目标管理模式对目标管理组进行临床带教。在带教完成后,对两组实习生的临床带教质量进行观察和比较。结果目标管理组的理论知识评分和操作技能评分均明显高于常规带教组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。常规带教组的带教满意度为72.0%,目标管理组的带教满意度为96.0%。目标管理组的带教满意度明显高于常规带教组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用目标管理模式对急诊科实习生进行临床带教效果确切,能够有效地提升教学效果,而且实习生的带教满意度更高。Objective To observe and compare the application effect of target management mode in emergency clinical teaching.Methods 50 clinical interns accepted by the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The selected time period was from January 2018 to June 2019.According to the coin method,it was divided into the target management group and the conventional belt.The teaching group has 25 cases in each group.The regular teaching method was used to carry out the clinical teaching of the regular teaching group,and the target management group was used for clinical teaching.After the completion of the teaching,the quality of the clinical teaching of the two groups of interns was observed and compared.Results The theoretical knowledge score and operational skill score of the target management group were significantly higher than those of the conventional teaching group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the regular teaching group was 72.0%,and the satisfaction degree of the target management group was 96.0%.The satisfaction of teaching in the target management group was significantly higher than that in the regular teaching group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the target management model to carry out the clinical teaching effect of emergency department interns is effective,which can effectively improve the teaching effect,and the internship has higher satisfaction with teaching.
