循证护理对晚期肺癌患者的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的了解循证护理在晚期肺癌患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法将医院2017年3月-2018年6月收治的100例晚期肺癌患者随机分组,常规护理组对晚期肺癌患者用护理常规,循证护理组对晚期肺癌患者用循证护理护理。比较两组满意度;晚期肺癌知识认知、依从性;护理前后生活质量综合问卷CQOL-74评分以及不良心理评分值。结果循证护理组满意度、生活质量综合问卷CQOL-74评分以及不良心理评分值、晚期肺癌知识认知、依从性方面相对于常规护理组的晚期肺癌患者而言均更好,P <0.05。结论晚期肺癌患者实施循证护理护理可进一步提升晚期肺癌患者的晚期生命质量,减轻心理负担,提高其依从性和满意度水平。Objective To understand the effect of evidence-based nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 100 patients with advanced lung cancer from March 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group used routine nursing care for patients with advanced lung cancer,and the evidence-based nursing group used evidence-based nursing care for patients with advanced lung cancer.Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups,the knowledge cognition and compliance of advanced lung cancer,the CQOL-74 score and the bad psychological score before and after nursing.Results Compared with the patients with advanced lung cancer in routine nursing group,the satisfaction,CQOL-74 score,bad psychological score,knowledge recognition and compliance of advanced lung cancer in evidence-based nursing group were better,P<0.05.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for advanced lung cancer patients can further improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer,reduce psychological burden,and improve their compliance and satisfaction level.
