摘 要:针对汽车板簧支架多目标轻量化设计问题,提出了一种基于最小二乘法拟合的响应曲面近似模型的多目标轻量化设计方法,寻找板簧支架刚度和强度的冗余和不足。同时对一阶Taylor展开式和三种二阶Taylor展开式进行了4次拟合比较并与Kriging近似模型进行了分析比较,得到了更优越的设计模型,为后续汽车重要零部件的静强度及抗疲劳研究提供指导。In this paper,aiming at the problem of multi-objective lightweight design of automobile plate spring bracket,a multi-objective lightweight design method based on least square fitting of the approximate model of response surface is proposed to find the redundancy and deficiency of stiffness and strength of the plate spring bracket.At the same time,this paper makes a four-time fitting comparison between the first-order Taylor expansion and three second-order Taylor expansion,and makes an analysis and comparison with Kriging approximation model to obtain a more superior design model,which provides guidance for future research on static strength and fatigue resistance of important parts of automobiles.
