摘  要:本科生就业选择偏好反映了我国本科教育和大学生就业市场发展状况,对我国高等教育的整体发展起到重要作用。文章结合当前本科生在实现就业过程中存在的就业选择偏好现象,从就业地区和就业单位性质选择偏好两个维度,选择主客观两个变量实施实证研究,并运用多项Logistic回归模型对影响因素进行研判。研究表明,本科生在就业地区和就业单位性质选择偏好上表现出明显的"趋同性"和"从众性",导致此现象是主客观多重因素共同影响的结果,但不同群体的毕业生,就业选择偏好呈现不同的特征。The employment preference of undergraduates reflects the status of development of undergraduate education and the job market for college students in China, which plays an important role in the whole development of higher education. This article combines the phenomenon of employment preference that exists in the process of employment of undergraduates, from two dimensions of employment areas and nature of employment units, choose two variables, subjective and objective to implement empirical study, and use multiple logistic regression models to research and judge influences. Research shows that undergraduates show manifest "convergence" and "conformity" in the preference of employment area and nature of employment unit, give rise to that this phenomenon is the result of the combined influence of subjective and objective factors, however, different groups of graduates, their employment choice preference presents different characteristics.
