摘 要:[目的/意义]在数字化时代,信息焦虑的状况普遍存在。在新冠肺炎疫情期间,大学生群体每天接受与处理大量的疫情信息,从而使其信息焦虑状况变得更加突出。出于对疫情的恐惧,大学生容易形成应激障碍的心理。本文旨在探究大学生是否受疫情影响而产生一定程度的应激障碍症状,并影响到其信息焦虑程度。[方法/过程]本文在全面文献调研的基础上,构建了新冠肺炎疫情下大学生信息焦虑维度模型,其中包括信息素养、个人认知、检索系统质量、信息质量、信息利用环境5个维度,采用问卷调查法收集数据,通过统计分析对模型进行验证,并分析大学生信息焦虑现状及与应激障碍水平的关系。[结果/结论]疫情期间,大学生整体上的信息焦虑处于中度水平,在信息质量、检索系统环境和信息素养维度上信息焦虑水平最高;维度上不同应激水平的两两比较均存在明显差异;信息焦虑程度与应激障碍水平呈显著正相关关系,个体的应激障碍情绪在一定程度上导致或加重信息焦虑。基于研究结果进一步提出了新冠肺炎疫情下缓解大学生的信息焦虑水平的对策与建议。[Purpose/Significance]Information anxiety is common in the digital age.During the COVID-19 pandemic,university students process huge amount of epidemic information every day,which makes their information anxieties more prominent.University students are prone to suffering stress disorder due to fear of the pandemic.The purpose of this paper is to explore whether Chinese college students are influenced by the epidemic to have a certain degree of stress disorder,and whether these symptoms have effects on the level of college students'information anxiety.[Method/Process]Based on comprehensive literature review,this paper constructed a multidimensional model of information anxiety of university students under the COVID-19 epidemic situation.The model included five dimensions,namely information literacy,individual cognition,retrieval system quality,information quality and information use environment.We applied questionnaire survey for collecting data and conducted statistical analysis to test the model.The relationship between information anxiety and stress disorder was analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]Generally speaking,the information anxiety level of Chinese university students was moderate.The information anxiety levels were relatively high on the dimensions of information quality,retrieval system quality and information literacy.The difference of information anxiety levels was significant for pairwise comparison of stress disorder on each dimension of the model.There was significantly positive relationship between information anxiety and stress disorder.Individual student's stress disorder can lead to or aggravate his/her information anxiety.Based on our findings,we put forward some corresponding suggestions on how to alleviate university students'information anxiety during the pandemic period.
