摘 要:减缩剂是一种由亲水性的头部与疏水性的尾部共价键组成的表面活性剂,在水泥基材料的孔隙溶液中会吸附于非极性界面,降低其表面张力,抑制水泥基材料收缩开裂,被认为是防止水泥基材料收缩开裂的有效方法之一.从干燥收缩、自收缩、塑性收缩以及徐变四个方面详细介绍了减缩剂改性水泥基材料体积稳定性的研究进展,并重点探讨了减缩剂对水泥基材料收缩性能的影响和作用机理,针对当前减缩剂研究存在的问题进行了探讨,指出了减缩剂水泥基材料的发展趋势.Shrinkage-reducing admixtures(SRA)is a class of organic chemicals known as surfactants,and composed of a hydrophilic head that is covalently bonded to a hydrophobic tail.SRA can be adsorbed on the non-polar interface of SRA in pore solution of the cement-based materials,thus resulting in the decrease of its surface tension,restraining shrinkage cracking of the cement-based materials.It is considered to be one of the effective methods to prevent shrinkage cracking of the cement-based materials.It summarizes the research progress of SRA volumetric stability from the perspectives of dry shrinkage,autogenous shrinkage,plastic shrinkage and creep.The effect and mechanism of SRA on the shrinkage of the cement-based materials were also introduced.The existing problems in the study were analyzed,and the development trend of the SRA′s cement-based materials was pointed out.
