城市历史风貌街坊高密度环境下的校园设计--以上海黄浦区094-01地块新建九年一贯制学校、高级中学项目为例

摘　　要：目前随着我国城市化进程日益加快,城市中心区土地资源愈发宝贵,城市高密度环境下的教育用地也愈发紧张。同时应试教育逐渐向素质教育转变,当前的校园设计也被提出了新的要求。文章以笔者参与的上海市黄浦区094-01地块新建九年一贯制学校、高级中学设计项目为例,从总体结构、功能布局、建筑造型和历史建筑保护等方面进行论述,进而对如何利用高效、紧凑的集约化设计,在用地紧张的校园空间,创造出适应素质教育需要的多样性校园场所展开探讨。At present,with the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the land resources in the urban center are becoming more and more precious.The educational land in the city’s high density environment is also becoming more and more tight.At the same time,the gradual change from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education has put forward new requirements for the current campus design.Taking the project of the nine-year system school and senior high school in plot 094-01,Huangpu district,Shanghai as an example,this paper discusses the overall structure,functional layout,architectural modeling and historical building protection,and then discusses how to use efficient and compact intensive design to create diverse campus places suitable for the needs of quality education in the tight campus space.
