双元制教学体系下中等职业学校规划策略--以汕尾市高级技工职业学校规划为例

摘　　要：在国家致力于职业教育的发展背景下,中等职业学校因办学机制单一、发展动力不足、低质量培养等原因而处于一个尴尬的位置,急需引导其转型发展,而中等职业学校规划照搬本科校园规划的普遍做法使其发展愈发受阻。文章结合汕尾市高级技工职业学校规划实践,在分析其发展现状的基础上,紧密结合学校教学与实训并重的双元制教学体系,从问题入手,根据整体布局、环境营造、分级开放三个方面提出规划策略,以期为中等职业学校规划提供参考。Under the development back-ground of the national commitment to vocational education,secondary vocational schools are in an awkward position due to the single school-running mechanism,lack of development momentum,low quality training and other reasons,so it is urgent to guide their transformation and development.However,the common practice of secondary vocational schools to copy undergraduate campus planning further hindering their development.Senior skilled worker vocational school this paper shanwei cities planning practice,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of,combined closely with the school teaching and practical pay equal attention to the dual system of teaching system,from the problems,according to the overall layout,environment,hierarchical open three aspects put forward the planning strategy,so as to provide reference for secondary vocational school planning.
