摘 要:针对当前印刷设备套色精定位方法的定位像素点偏离程度大,造成定位精准度低下的问题,提出基于嵌入式技术的印刷设备套色精定位方法。采用Soble边缘检测算法,分析印刷图像边缘区域亮度变化,利用Otsu阈值分割法提取十字线,计算边缘偏移量,检测边缘灰度剖面,提取边缘像素点,采用主从式控制结构,修正套色偏差,将嵌入式技术融入印刷套色定位过程,排除环境中的干扰项,提取印刷图像套色标记点,完成印刷设备套色精定位。实验结果表明,基于嵌入式技术的印刷设备套色精定位方法的定位像素点偏离程度与传统相比明显减小,使印刷设备套色定位更加精准。由此可见,基于嵌入式技术的印刷设备套色精定位方法有效。Aiming at the problem of large deviation and low accuracy of the current printing equipment coloured-precision positioning method,the research on the printing equipment coloured-precision positioning method based on embedded technology is put forward.Soble edge detection algorithms is adopted,printing image edge area brightness changes is analyzed,Otsu threshold segmentation method is utilized to extract the reticle.The deviation of the edge is calculated,the edge grayscale profile difference is detected,the edge pixels is extacted.Using master-slave control structure,matching color deviation is fixed,Embedded technology is blended in printing tinted positioning process,and interference in the environment is removed,to extract tinted markers of printing image,precision positioning of printing equipment matching color.The experimental results show that the location error point distribution of the precision positioning method based on embedded technology for printing equipment is more concentrated,and the fluctuation is significantly smaller than that of the traditional method,which can prove that the positioning deviation degree of this method is lower and the positioning is more accurate.
