民机复合材料用国产高温固化结构胶膜性能研究

摘　　要：目前,国内民机项目采用的高温固化结构胶膜全部依赖进口,随着国产预浸料/复合材料在民机领域的考核应用的深入开展,对国产高温固化结构胶膜的应用研究尤为重要。通过采用红外、凝胶时间、流变和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对研制的高温(180℃)固化的结构胶膜ACTECH^■1302F进行理化性能测试分析,表明ACTECH^■1302F胶膜与BA3202W预浸料的树脂体系匹配性良好;制备胶膜与复合材料的二次胶接试样,测试双搭接剪切强度和"I"型层间断裂韧性(GIC),结果完全满足民机复合材料用高温固化结构胶膜的使用要求。研制的国产高温固化结构ACTECH^■1302F胶膜可以实现与国产高温固化预浸料BA3202W的体系匹配,初步满足民机复合材料用高温固化结构胶膜的关键技术指标需求。At present,all the high-temperature cured structural adhesive film are imported for the domestic civil aircraft projects.With the further application of domestic prepreg/composite materials in the field of civil aircraft,it is particularly important to develop the domestic high-temperature cured structural adhesive film.The structural adhesive film ACTECH^■1302 F,which was independently developed and cured at high temperature(180℃),was tested and analyzed by infrared,gel time,rheological test and DSC in the paper.Test results indicate that the system of ACTECH^■1302 F adhesive film and BA3202 W prepreg have good compatibility.Besides,the mechanical properties of the adhesive film,such as double-lap shear strength and mode I interlaminar fracture toughness(GIC)were significantly better than the index values of high-temperature cured structural adhesive film used for civil aircraft composite materials.The structural adhesive film ACTECH^■1302 F could match the system of domestic high temperature curing prepreg BA3202 W,initially meeting the key technical requirements of high-temperature cured structure adhesive film for civil aircraft composites.
