清胃散治疗胃火热盛型牙周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究清胃散加减治疗胃火热盛型牙周炎对牙菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)的影响。方法选取2018年8月-2019年1月中国医科大学附属第四医院口腔科收治的牙周炎患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予清胃散加减进行治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。统计2组患者治疗后临床疗效及并发症发生情况;观察2组患者治疗前后SBI、PLI评分及PD、GI评分的差异。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的SBI、PLI评分显著低于对照组,PD、GI评分均显著低于对照组,评分差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论清胃散加减可有效缓解胃火热盛型牙周炎患者的临床症状,改善PLI、SBI及PD、GI评分,降低并发症的发生率,且疗效优于常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Qingwei powder on PLI and SBI in the treatment of exuberance of stomach fire periodontitis.Methods Sixty patients with periodontitis admitted to the department of stomatology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given Qingwei powder on the basis of the treatment.Both groups were treated for one month continuously.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were analyzed,and the differences of SBI,PLI,PD and GI scores between the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SBI and PLI scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the PD and GI scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingwei powder can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of periodontitis with hyperthermia of stomach-fire,improve the scores of PLI,SBI,PD and GI,reduce the incidence of complications,and its curative effect is better than that of conventional treatment.It is worthy of clinical application.
