腹腔镜技术教学课程在小儿外科临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨针对小儿外科实习学生临床教育的新模式,提高教学效果。方法将临床实习学生分为两组,对照组使用传统的教学方法,实验组在传统教学方法基础上加用腹腔镜技术课程。比较两组出科理论考核和四项腹腔镜技能考核成绩,并以调查问卷的形式对两组学生在提高学习积极性、提高腹腔镜操作技术、提高理论知识水平方面的满意度进行调查分析。结果出科理论考核成绩、四项腔镜技能考核成绩比较,实验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生在提高学习积极性、提高腔镜操作技术的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将腹腔镜技术课程引入小儿外科临床实习中可进一步提高教学效果。Objective To explore a new mode of clinical education for pediatric surgical students and improve the teaching effect.Methods The clinical students were divided into two groups.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group added laparoscopic technology courses on the basis of traditional teaching methods.The results of theoretical examination and four laparoscopic skills examination were compared between the experimental group and the control group,and in the form of a questionnaire,the two groups of students were compared to improve their enthusiasm for learning,improve laparoscopic technique,and improve their theoretical knowledge level,and statistical analysis was performed.Results The academic test scores and the four laparoscopic skills test scores were better in the experimental group than in the control group(P≤0.05).The students in the experimental group were better than the control group in improving their enthusiasm for learning and improving the technique of endoscopic operation(P≤0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect can be further improved by introducing laparoscopic technology into clinical practice of pediatric surgery.
