摘　　要：随着信息技术发展进步和工作节奏不断加快,运用互联网、数据平台等信息软件技术,提高高职院校二级学院办公现代化水平,已经成为高职院校建设的重要议题,而办公自动化水平也成为衡量高职院校二级学院管理水平的重要指标。文中对高职院校二级学院办公自动化建设现状及存在问题进行分析研究,提出了高职院校二级学院办公自动化效率提升的对策。With the development of information technology and the pace of work continues to accelerate,the use of the Internet,data platform and other information software technology to improve the office modernization level of vocational colleges has become an important issue in the construction of vocational colleges,and the office automation level has become an important indicator to measure the management level of secondary colleges in vocational colleges.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and existing problems of office automation construction in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the office automation efficiency of secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges.Countermeasures to improve the office automation efficiency of secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges.
