摘　　要：简要介绍IP核应用情况以及国内外标准情况,分析目前IP核在研制、交付、评测等方面存在的问题。就以上情况与问题论文提出IP核设计、硅验证、系统验证的质量保证方案,同时提出在使用前进行IP核的安全检测。希望通过军民融合建立IP核统一的标准、完善的评价体系以及安全检测方法,集中优势资源,建立IP核库,提高IP核的成熟度、安全度。This paper briefly introduces the application of IP core and the standard situation at home and abroad.The author analyzes the problems existing in the research and development,delivery and evaluation of IP core.This paper proposes a quality assurance scheme for IP core in design,silicon validation and system verification.It also puts forward the security detection of IP kernel before use.We hope that through the integration of the military and civil,we will establish the standard,perfect evaluation system and the safety testing method,focus the resources,establish the IP core library,and improve the maturity and safety of the IP core.
