医疗纠纷人民调解机制的医患认知调查分析——以东莞市为例

摘　　要：通过调查东莞市医患双方对医疗纠纷人民调解机制的认知评价,分析医患双方认知评价存在的差异,为完善该机制提出有益的建议。利用自行设计并咨询专家后修正的问卷,对东莞市内20家医院的医患双方进行随机抽样调查,运用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。医患双方对医疗纠纷解决途径的选择意愿、对医疗纠纷人民调解机制的知晓情况、对医调委的认知及评价存在的显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。建议多途径提高公众知晓度,确保医疗纠纷人民调解的相对独立性,加强与医疗机构的互动,强化医疗纠纷预防。The paper aimed to put forward useful suggestions for improving the mechanism by investigating and analyzing the cognition and evaluation of the people's mediation mechanism of medical disputes between doctors and patients in Dongguan.A random sampling survey was launched by sending questionnaires to doctors and patients from 20 hospitals in Dongguan,and SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire.There were significant differences in the willingness to choose the way to solve medical disputes,the understandings of the mechanism,the understandings of the commission of people's mediation of medical disputes,the evaluations of the commission between doctors and patients(P<0.01).The paper suggested to improve public awareness in multiple ways;ensure the relative independence of people's mediation of medical disputes;and strengthen the interaction with medical institutions.
