摘  要:19CrNi5钢主要用于小模数、大传动比、高工作负荷拖拉机齿轮零件。某钢厂生产的19CrNi5钢在使用过程中出现齿轮断裂现象。采用光学显微镜、SEM及能谱分析等手段对齿轮断裂处进行检验分析。结果表明,该齿轮断口断裂面已发生渗碳,断口在渗碳工艺之前已经存在,且裂纹在渗碳淬火过程继续扩展。该齿轮钢采用温锻工艺,锻造过程中内齿凸台和外齿区域变形更为剧烈,温降较快,该温度区间内材料塑性较差,变形抗力大,从而产生锻造裂纹的趋势增加。19CrNi5 steel is mainly used for the gear parts of tractors with small modulus,large transmission ratio and high working load.19CrNi5 steel produced by a steel mill appears the phenomenon of the gear fracture in the process of using.In this paper,optical microscope,SEM and energy spectrum analysis were used to examine and analyze the gear fracture.The test results showed that carburization had occurred on the fracture surface of the gear,the fracture had existed before the carburization process,and the crack continued to expand during the carburizing and quenching process.The gear steel adopts the warm forging technology.During the forging process,the deformation of the inner gear boss and the external gear area are more severe,and the temperature drops faster.The plasticity of the material in the temperature range is poor,and the deformation resistance is large,thus the forging crack increases.
