摘 要:目的:建立同时测定佛手散水煎剂中阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、洋川芎内酯A和藁本内酯含量的UPLC方法。方法:采用Eclipse plus C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.8μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%乙酸水体系梯度洗脱,流速0.2 ml/min,检测波长280 nm,进样量5μl。结果:阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、洋川芎内酯A和藁本内酯分别在11.97~382.90μg/ml、9.83~314.50μg/ml、3.04~97.21μg/ml、0.86~27.62μg/ml内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;精密度、重复性和稳定性良好;回收率分别为100.47%、98.18%、96.56%和98.98%。结论:所建立的UPLC法简便、准确、精密度高,适用于测定佛手散水煎剂中阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、洋川芎内酯A及藁本内酯的含量,可为复方佛手散水煎剂的质量控制提供科学依据。Objective:To establish the UPLC method for determining simultaneously the active components as ferulic acid,senkyunolideⅠ,senkyunolide A,ligustilidein fushousan decoction.Methods:the UPLC method was established with Eclipse plus C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),using methanol-water-0.2%acetic acid as the mobile phase,setting the flow rate at 0.2 ml/min and the detection wavelength at 280 nm and sample size at 0.2μl.Results:The ferulic acid,senkyunolideⅠ,senkyunolide A and ligustilide have good linear relationship with the peak area separately in 11.97~382.90μg/ml,9.83~314.50μg/ml,3.04~97.21μg/ml,0.86~27.62μg/ml.The method was precise,repeatable and stable.The recovery rates are 100.47%,98.18%,96.56%and 98.98%respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and precise to determine the contents of ferulic acid,senkyunolideⅠ,senkyunolide A,ligustilide in fushousan decoction,providing a certain reference to quality control of fushousan decoction.
