彩色多普勒高频超声与MSCT对胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断效能对比

摘　　要：目的对比彩色多普勒高频超声与MSCT检查对胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断效能。方法选取本院2017年11月至2019年1月收治的80例胃肠道淋巴瘤患者,收集患者临床及影像学资料,将MSCT检查和彩色多普勒高频超声检查的诊断结果进行讨论和分析;以病理结果为金标准,对比经MSCT检查和彩色多普勒高频超声对胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果经彩色多普勒高频超声检查对胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为76.25%、80.00%、81.25%,MSCT检查对胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为82.50%、85.00%、86.25%,两者比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);MSCT联合彩色多普勒高频超声对胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为98.75%、97.50%、98.75%,明显高于单一的彩色多普勒超声和MSCT检查胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用彩色多普勒高频超声和MSCT检查均可有效显示胃肠道淋巴瘤的影像学特点,两者联合可提高胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性。Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy between color Doppler highfrequency ultrasound and MSCT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal lymphoma.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastrointestinal lymphoma admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled.Clinical and imaging data of patients were collected.The diagnosis results of MSCT examination and color Doppler highfrequency ultrasonography were discussed and analyzed.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MSCT and color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound for gastrointestinal lymphoma were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color Doppler high-frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal lymphoma were 76.25%,80.00%,and 81.25%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of MSCT examination for gastrointestinal lymphoma diagnosis were 82.50%,85.00%,and 86.25%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT combined with color Doppler high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal lymphoma were 98.75%,97.50%,and 98.75%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT alone.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both color doppler ultrasound and MSCT can effectively display the imaging characteristics of gastrointestinal lymphoma,and the combination of the two methods can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of gastrointestinal lymphoma.
